The preparation method comprises the step of mixing fat emulsion with amino acids, glucose, ionogram and vitamins under the aseptic condition so as to obtain the specially-compounded liquid for VLBWI (Very lowbirth weight infant) nutrition management, wherein the fat emulsion is a long-chain fat emulsion. A new scheme is provided for nutrition management of clinical premature very low birth weight infants. The specially-compounded liquid disclosed by the invention can reduce the occurrence rate of PNAC, NEC, BPD, hypoglycemia, ROP, late-onset type septicaemia and BIPI, is good in safety, besides, canreduce the occurrence rate of EUGR, can shorten hospital stays and can optimize the life quality of child patients.
