Abstract

The invention provides a production method for removing IgG from bovine serum. The production method comprises the following steps: performing prefiltration through gauze, performing filtration through a ceramic compound membrane having a pore diameter of 0.5[mu]m, and performing filtering through a hydroxyethyl cellulose modified polyamide micropore filter compound membrane bonded with a phenylalanine affinity ligand; performing circulating ultrafiltration through a hollow fiber ultrafiltration column having a molecular weight cut off of 150kD; forming a macro-molecular group through adsorptive bonding of adsorbent and IgG having small molecular weight, performing ethanol precipitation, adding a high-selectivity adsorbent into the mixture, and further flocculating the small-molecular IgG;and finally, performing filtering and sterilizing to obtain IgG removed bovine serum. According to the layer-by-layer filtering and removing method, the IgG removal rate can be greatly creased to 90percent or more, and fibrous protein and the like can be effectively removed. The method for removing IgG from serum is simple, convenient and rapid, can be used for effectively removing IgG and fibrous protein in bovine serum through layers of filtration, adsorption and chromatography, is stable in process and is applicable to mass production.
