Abstract
The invention relates to quantified edible salt tablets and a preparation method thereof. The quantified edible salt tablets are composed of the following components in parts by weight: 85-99.99 partsof edible salt, and 0.01-15 parts of adhesives; and the adhesives comprise one or more selected from "tian jing" gum, guar gum, linseed gum, gum arabic, xanthan gum, chitosan, polyvidone, polyvinyl alcohol, cellulose derivatives, polyethylene glycol, sodium alginate, lactose, maltosepowder and sucrosepowder. The quantified edible salt tablets solve the problem of difficult control over use amount of edible salt during cooking, so that excessively much or insufficient salt use is avoided so as to benefit human body health. The quantified edible salt tablets are also feasible for rapid preparation of oral saline, thereby meeting needs of the human body for electrolyte supplement; and the oral saline can also be used for cleaning the skin, thereby relieving skininflammation.
