Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a phenolic resin / organic solvent mixed solution with a preset concentration, infiltrating a paper-based material with the prepared mixed solution, and carrying out drying to obtain a prepreg; carrying out stacking hot press molding treatment and pretreatment on the prepreg to obtain a phenolic sheet; then, preparing a polyvinyl chloride / tetrahydrofuran mixed solution, and adding an organic solvent to obtain a super-hydrophobic coating; and finally, subjecting the surface of the phenolic sheet to spraying-drying treatment with the super-hydrophobic coating so as to obtain the super-hydrophobic phenolic sheet.
