Problems solved by technology

The invention uses a continuous laser to modify the surface of the material, which can replace the traditional heat treatment and improve the quality of the workpiece manufactured by laser cladding technology. However, the method uses a continuous laser beam, which will still produce a heat-affected zone, which will affect the performance of the workpiece.

Abstract

The invention discloses a 3D printing method based on laser cladding and laser shock. The method comprises the steps of 1, utilizing the computer aided technology (CAD) for designing a three-dimensional digital model needed for printing products, and guiding the model into a machining system; 2, installing a substrate on a machining table, spraying metal powder onto the substrate through a nozzle, melting the metal powder under the laser effect, then, performing solidification, and after multiple layers are printed, taking down the substrate for use; 3, installing a test piece on the machiningtable of a laser shock device, and sequentially laying an absorption layer and a restriction layer, and performing impact reinforcement; 4, taking down a workpiece, resetting the workpiece to a lasercladding machining platform, and repeatedly executing the operations till printing is completed. The 3D printing novel method is used for preparing large and high-quality workpieces.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a 3D printing method based on laser cladding and laser shock, and belongs to the technical field of additive manufacturing. Background technique [0002] 3D printing technology, also known as additive manufacturing technology, refers to a molding technology that can quickly convert digital models into physical models, and is a new type of processing technology. 3D printing is widely used in the processing of metal, resin, carbon fiber and other materials. At present, 3D printing technology is mainly divided into two types: powder bed fusion technology (Powder bed fusion, PBF) and directed energy deposition technology (Directed energy deposition, DED). Selective laser sintering (Selective lasersintering, SLS), selective laser melting (Selective laser melting, SLM), laser cladding (Laser cladding, LC) and so on belong to powder bed fusion technology, and fused deposition modeling (Fused deposition modeling, FDM) belongs to direc...
