Abstract

The invention provides a method for extracting polyphenol compounds from coltsfoot flowers and relates to the field of preparation of traditional Chinese medicine effective ingredients. The method forextracting the polyphenol compounds comprises the following steps: (1) placing choline chloride and glycerine, which are in a mole ratio of 1: 2, in water bath of 80 DEG C, so as to synthesize an extraction solvent; (2) adding the coltsfoot flowers into the extraction solvent according to a mass ratio of 1: 6, carrying out ultrasonic extraction for 40min, carrying out centrifugation, and then, taking supernatant; and (3) eluting the supernatant through macroporous resin HP-20 to remove the extraction solvent, carrying out eluting sequentially with 0.1% formic acid water and 50% ethanol solution, collecting an eluting cut of the 50% ethanol, and carrying out concentrating, thereby obtaining the polyphenol compounds of the coltsfoot flowers. The method has the advantages that the polyphenolcompounds can be selectively extracted and prepared in one step; and the method is simple in step and low in cost, and the problems that organic reagents are heavy in pollution and high in volatilityand are combustible and explosive are avoided.
