The COM is responsible for sampling the errors of rotating speed, d-axis current and q-axis current and the output signals of auto-disturbance rejection controllers forthe rotating speed, the d-axis current and the q-axis current and calculating a parameter selection index H; and the OPT optimizes the parameters of the three controllers by taking H as an objective function, and finally outputs the optimized parameter groups of the rotating speed, d-axis current and q-axis current auto-disturbance rejection controllers to the controllers.
