The rapid nondestructive distinguishing method comprises the following steps: directly carrying out body detection on top air of Chinese walnut samples with the known fresh degrees by utilizing the electronic nose; extracting characteristic values by adopting a plurality of types of characteristic extracting methods; selecting the characteristic value with the best fresh degree distinguishing effect in online judgment and analysis as a final characteristic value; constructing a fresh degree distinguishing model composed of at least three sub-models; calculating introduced characteristic values of unknown samples by each sub-model in the fresh degree distinguishing model, and outputting the fresh degrees of the unknown samples; and by counting up the quantity of the fresh degrees output by each distinguishing sub-model in the fresh degree distinguishing model, and obtaining the fresh degrees, namely the fresh degrees of the unknown samples, when the unknown samples are judged to be the samples with the most number of times of the fresh degrees. With the adoption of the method, an accidental error phenomenon, which possibly occurs, of the fresh degree distinguishing model established based on a single distinguishing algorithm is avoided; and the distinguishing accuracy is high so that the rapid nondestructive distinguishing method is worthy of being widely popularized.
