Abstract

The invention discloses a testing assembly and a testing method for dynamic tension-shear mechanical parameters of a brittle material. The test piece assembly comprises an inclined cylinder test piecebody and a test piece clamp. The test piece clamp comprises an incident rod with one end having an annular disc, a transmission rod, an incident rod connector and a transmission rod connector, wherein the incident rod connector and the transmission rod connector are connected with the incident rod and the transmission rod respectively through connecting structures; the test piece body is fixedlyclamped between the incident rod connector and the transmission rod connector; and strain gauges are further arranged on the outer surface of the incident rod and the outer surface of the transmissionrod respectively. According to the testing method, only a data acquisition system of the Hopkinson pull rod device is needed to record the incident strain, reflection strain and transmission strain in the whole process from the beginning of impact to the damage and fracture of the test piece; and mechanical parameters such as the tensile stress and shear stress in the dynamic loading process of the brittle material can be calculated, so that effective data support is provided for mechanical property research of the brittle material. The testing assembly and the testing method have very high practicability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of material mechanical performance testing, and in particular relates to a dynamic tension-shear mechanical parameter testing component and testing method of brittle materials. Background technique [0002] In engineering fields such as civil engineering, water conservancy, machinery, transportation, mining, and aerospace, brittle materials such as concrete, rock, and ceramics are subjected to dynamic loads such as impact or blast loads. The mechanical behavior of materials under dynamic loads is very different from that under static loads, and due to the complex stress conditions of engineering components, materials are often in a composite stress state of tension, compression and shear. For brittle materials, they usually have high compressive strength, but poor bearing capacity for tensile and shear loads. In actual working conditions, they are often damaged when subjected to the combined tension-shear ac...
