The chemiluminiscence system takes a ferriporphyrin metal-organicframework material / glucose oxidase compound as a catalyst of chemiluminiscence reaction and luminol and glucose as chemiluminiscence substrates, and generates long-time chemiluminiscence by utilizinglocal cascade catalysis of the ferriporphyrin metal-organic framework material and the glucose oxidase. The ferriporphyrin metal-organic framework material is prepared by taking Zr < 4 + > as a metalcenter and ferriporphyrin as a ligand through a hydrothermal method, and has relatively high peroxidase activity and stability; the glucose oxidase is modified on the surface of the ferriporphyrin metal-organic framework material through electrostatic adsorption, and the ferriporphyrin metal-organic framework material / glucose oxidase compound is prepared. A mixed solution system containing the ferriporphyrin metal-organic framework material / glucose oxidase compound, the luminol and the glucose can generate 7.5-hour stable high-intensity chemiluminescence.
