Problems solved by technology

Although some companies are now using CAD / CAM tooth carving machines to make dentures, so far no company has disclosed that they can carve two or more continuous overall long porcelain crowns and bridges. Professional technicians in this industry cannot easily think about the continuity of carving The overall crowns are because the materials they use are not satisfactory, and the manufacturing process mostly adopts artificial bite molds, the precision is not high, and the engraving equipment cannot achieve high precision, and there will be defects such as grinding and repairing.

Embodiment 1

[0009] A one-time molded integral porcelain crown and bridge and its manufacturing method. The integral porcelain crown and bridge is digitally and automatically carved using "a cobalt-chromium porcelain alloy disc for engraving dentures" invented by our company. In the case, the patient has 2 abutments on the left half of the upper teeth, 3 abutments on the right half of the upper teeth, 2 abutments on the left half of the lower teeth, 3 abutments on the right half of the lower teeth, and 3 abutments on the right half of the lower teeth. There are 2 abutment teeth in the middle of the tooth. The production method is to prepare the patient’s abutment teeth, scan the patient’s oral impression with a three-dimensional oral scanner to obtain data, and then use CAD design and CDM typesetting to make a model and transmit the data. It is digitally and automatically carved on a cobalt-chromium porcelain alloy disc for engraving dentures by a 5-axis linkage dental engraving machine.

Embodiment 2

[0011] A one-time molded integral porcelain crown and bridge and its manufacturing method. The integral porcelain crown and bridge is digitally and automatically carved using "a cobalt-chromium porcelain alloy disc for engraving dentures" invented by our company. In the case described, the patient has 3 abutment teeth on the left half of the upper teeth, 2 implants and implant abutments on the right half of the upper teeth, 3 abutment teeth on the left half of the lower teeth, and 3 abutments on the right half of the lower teeth. An abutment tooth, the manufacturing method is that after the patient's implant and the implant abutment are completed and the patient's abutment tooth is prepared, the oral cavity three-dimensional scanner is used to scan the patient's oral impression to obtain data, and then use CAD to design and CDM typesetting makes the model, and transmits the data to the 5-axis linkage dental engraving machine for digital automatic engraving on the cobalt-chromiu...

Embodiment 3

[0013] A one-time molded integral porcelain crown and bridge and its manufacturing method. The integral porcelain crown and bridge is digitally and automatically carved using "a cobalt-chromium porcelain alloy disc for engraving dentures" invented by our company. In the case, 6 implants and implant abutments were implanted in the upper teeth and lower teeth of the patient respectively. The manufacturing method is to scan the patient's oral impression with an oral three-dimensional scanner after the implants and implant abutments are completed. After the data, the model is made with CAD design and CDM typesetting, and the data is transmitted to a 5-axis linkage dental engraving machine for digital and automatic engraving on a cobalt-chromium porcelain alloy disc for engraving dentures.

Abstract

The invention discloses a one-step formed integral baked porcelain crown bridge and a manufacturing method thereof. The integral baked porcelain crown bridge is formed by digitally and automatically carving a cobalt-chromium baked porcelain alloy disc material for denture carving, is provided with continuous 2-14 crowns and is used for being fixed on an oral abutment or an implantation abutment. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: scanning an oral gum structure of a whole patient or an oral impression of the patient by adopting an oral three-dimensional scanner to obtain data; manufacturing a model by using CAD design and CDM typesetting and transmitting the data to a five-axis linkage tooth carving machine; and then carrying out digitalized automatic engraving on the cobalt-chromium baked porcelain alloy disc for engraving the false tooth. According to the integral baked porcelain crown bridge, the original procedures of casting, cutting, welding, polishing and thelike are omitted; the difficulties of crown and bridge deformation, incapability of being in place and the like caused by a traditional casting process, a 3D printing high-temperature sintering process and a crown and bridge high-temperature sintering process for manufacturing zirconium oxide ceramic blocks are solved; the manufactured baked porcelain crown bridge is close in edge, more accurate, more comfortable and more attractive, particularly brings good news to a large number of patients who cannot do dental implants and lack teeth, and is an important milestone for development of the oral rehabilitation process.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of oral restoration, in particular to a one-time integral porcelain-fused-to-metal crown and bridge and a manufacturing method thereof. Background technique [0002] At present, porcelain teeth on the market are mainly all-ceramic teeth, pure titanium baked-plastic teeth (non-pure titanium or titanium alloy porcelain teeth, titanium and porcelain powder cannot be combined) and metal casting or 3D printing cobalt-chromium alloy porcelain teeth , using zirconia to make all-ceramic crowns or crowns and bridges, granular metal fusion casting crowns or crowns and bridges, and cobalt-chromium ceramic metal powder 3D printing crowns or crowns and bridges. Not only a single crown, but more than two consecutive crowns and bridges are made using high-temperature processing technology. The crowns are deformed, especially the crowns and bridges are easily deformed and cannot be placed in place. The crowns and bridges ar...
