Abstract

The invention relates to a sulfur elementary substance preparation system and method based on power plant desulfurization wastewater. The system comprises a biological anaerobic reaction unit, an H2Sabsorption unit, a biological oxidation reaction unit and a centrifugal dehydration unit which are connected in sequence, the system is used for preparing elemental sulfur, the method comprises the following steps: introducing power plant desulfurization wastewater into the biological anaerobic reaction unit, wherein a sulfate is reduced into H2S by sulfate reducing bacteria, introducing the H2S into an H2S absorption unit, wherein the alkali liquor in the H2S absorption unit absorbs H2S and then enters the biological oxidation reaction unit and H2S is oxidized into a sulfur elementary substance solution by thiobacillus thioparus in the sulfur elementary substance solution, introducing the elemental sulfur solution into a centrifugal dehydration unit, and carrying out centrifugation and dehydration to obtain elementary sulfur with purity greater than or equal to 99%. According to the method, the elemental sulfur is prepared by taking the desulfurization wastewater of a power plant as araw material, the sulfate content of the desulfurization wastewater of the power plant is reduced, the wastewater of the power plant is recycled, further treatment on the desulfurization wastewater of the power plant is facilitated, and the method is environment-friendly and sustainable.
