Abstract

The invention discloses a novel combined hydraulic potential energy regeneration system. The novel combined hydraulic potential energy regeneration system comprises an oil tank, a working unit, a pressurizing unit, an energy storage unit, a control unit and a power unit, wherein the working unit is provided with a main hydraulic cylinder, a load and auxiliary hydraulic cylinders; the pressurizingunit is provided with a double-acting pressurizing cylinder, a one-way valve and a two-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve; the energy storage unit is provided with an energy accumulator; the control unit is provided with a one-way valve, a three-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve and a two-position two-way electromagnetic reversing valve; and the power unit is provided with a hydraulic pump and a motor. The novel combined hydraulic potential energy regeneration system aims to convert potential energy generated by the load into oil pressure energy when the load descends, oil flows into the double-acting pressurizing cylinder through a pipeline, input pressure can be converted into high pressure to be output and stored in the energy accumulator according to theworking principle of the pressurizing cylinder, when the load ascends, piston rods of the two auxiliary hydraulic cylinders are pushed to move from a rodless cavity to a rod cavity, the main hydrauliccylinder and the auxiliary hydraulic cylinders jointly assist the main hydraulic cylinder in pushing the load to ascend, and therefore the loop energy recycling rate is increased, hydraulic energy regeneration is achieved, and the energy saving effect is achieved.
