Problems solved by technology

Since the battery capacity of the electric ship is MWh level, the charging power required is large, and multiple chargers can be charged in parallel. However, when multiple chargers are connected in parallel for constant voltage charging, there will be problems of uneven current or even circulating current, which is not conducive to control. charging current, and increase system loss

Abstract

The invention discloses a multi-machine parallel constant-voltage current-sharing control method for electric ship chargers. The method comprises the steps of acquiring output voltages and output currents of a plurality of chargers in a current sampling period and a real-time voltage of an electric ship energy storage assembly; calculating a control coefficient of any charger according to the output voltage and the output current of the charger in the current sampling period and the real-time voltage of the energy storage assembly; and obtaining an output voltage instruction value of the charger according to the control coefficient, and controlling the charger to output the charging voltage according to the output voltage instruction value. The invention further discloses a multi-machine parallel constant-voltage current-sharing control device for the electric ship chargers. The control coefficient of each charger is obtained by detecting the output voltages and the output currents ofthe plurality of chargers and the battery voltage of the electric ship energy storage assembly, and then the output voltage instruction value of the charger is adjusted, so that the output current ofthe plurality of chargers tends to the average charging current, and the loop current and the non-uniform current among the plurality of chargers are avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of electric ship chargers, in particular to a multi-unit parallel connection constant voltage and current sharing control method and device for electric ship chargers. Background technique [0002] As of the end of 2019, my country had a total of 131,700 transport ships, with a total tonnage of 248 million tons. After deducting ocean-going transport ships and cross-sea transport ships, the number of transport ships focusing on inner lakes and inland rivers was 128,000, with a total tonnage of 210 million tons. Undertake heavy transportation tasks. These ships mainly use diesel engines as their power source, so inland watercraft has also become a large energy consumer and an important source of pollution in various places. In order to alleviate the environmental pressure in the developed coastal areas, the inland Yangtze River Delta system, and the main stream of the Yangtze River, the country has vigorously ...
