Abstract

The invention relates to a method for detecting the content of an anti-moxa drug by an ultrasonic-assisted ionic liquid dispersion liquid-liquid microextraction HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) method. Under the assistance of ultrasonic waves, fine liquid drops can be formed and dispersed in a sample solution without a dispersing agent, namely hydrophobic ionic liquid 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([C8mimPF6]), so that ACC007 is effectively extracted and analyzed, and the extraction rate is over 94.0%. Experimental conditions such as the type and the dosage of anextraction agent, the extraction time, the extraction temperature, the pH value of a solution, the cooling time and the centrifugal time are optimized. Under the optimization conditions, the linear range of a standard working curve Y = 10.735 x-0. 328 (r = 0.9994) is 0.50-30.0 microgram / mL, the detection limits are 0.072 microgram / mL (tablets) and 0.10 microgram / mL (serum) respectively, and the adding standard recovery rate is 90.5%-103.4%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of drug analysis, in particular to a method for detecting the content of anti-AIDS drugs by ultrasonic-assisted ionic liquid dispersion liquid-liquid microextraction HPLC method. Background technique [0002] AIDS, also known as acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, is a highly lethal disease caused by human immunodeficiency virus infection. At present, there are more than 30 kinds of drugs in 6 categories in the world for the treatment of AIDS, namely nucleoside reverse transcriptase, non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase, protease, integrase, fusion enzyme and CCR5 inhibitor. ACC007 belongs to the third-generation oral non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor, its structure: Chinese name is 3-{[3-ethyl-2,6-dioxo-5-(propyl-2-yl)-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyrimidin-4-yl]carbonyl}-5 -Toluonitrile. As a new class of anti-AIDS drugs, ACC007 has excellent antiviral activity and good safety. There are few reports on the de...
