The self-heating silicone rubber compositematerial comprises the following components in parts by weight: 110 to 150 parts of silicone rubber, 15 to 25 parts of siloxane, 5 to 9 parts of white carbon black, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of sulfur, 1.5 to3 parts of a vulcanizing agent, 4 to 8 parts of a reinforcing agent and 65 to 71 parts of carbon black, wherein the siloxane is at least one selected from vinyltrimethoxysilane, polydimethylsiloxane and methyltriacetoxysilane; the white carbon black is at least one selected from fumed silica or precipitated white carbon black; and the vulcanizing agent is one or a mixture of more selected from benzoyl peroxide, 2,4-dichlorobenzoyl peroxide and tert-butyl peroxybenzoate. The self-heating silicone rubber composite material prepared by using a processing technology in the invention has good tearstrength, tensile strength and flame retardant property indexes, is more excellent in use, and thus has higher use value than conventional silicone rubber materials in application to insulators.
