Problems solved by technology

In the past, there were many attempts to reduce the material brought into the foam, including physical treatment and chemical treatment, but the effect was not satisfactory
[0003] For example, the method of adding a degasser is adopted: due to the large size of the equipment, it is necessary to add a new space for placing the corresponding equipment; the pipeline connection needs to be changed relatively; due to the large volume of the equipment, the vacuum system of the required equipment is also relatively small Large, so the energy consumption is very large; at the same time, it will also bring more moisture and evaporation or volatilization of aroma substances, thus affecting the stability of the formula
Another example is the use of surfactants: reduce the surface tension of the foam, thereby speeding up the bursting of the bubbles, but these additives more or less have food safety problems; and in practical applications, too few additives can not achieve the desired effect

Abstract

The invention discloses an on-line bubble removing device and method for a cream production line. The device comprises a degassing cavity, an aeration cavity and a material cavity which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, wherein an upper pore plate is arranged between the degassing cavity and the aeration cavity; a lower pore plate is arranged between the aeration cavity and the material cavity; the degassing cavity is provided with a vacuum system interface; a material spray pipe is arranged in the aeration cavity, and the inlet end of the material spray pipe extends to the outsideof the on-line bubble removal device; and a material outlet is formed in the material cavity. The method comprises the following steps that materials in production equipment are conveyed into the aeration cavity through a high-pressure water pump, the materials are sprayed on the lower pore plate, and bubbles in the materials collide with the lower pore plate to be broken; the degassed materialsenter the material cavity, and gas in the materials enters the degassing cavity under the action of negative pressure; and a vacuumizing device vacuumizes the degassing cavity, and the gas is vacuumized and discharged out of the degassing cavity. The on-line bubble removing device and the method have the beneficial effects that bubbles in cream are reduced, the product quality is improved, and thewhipped cream is finer, smoother and better in stability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of cream production line, in particular to an on-line bubble removal device and method for cream production line. Background technique [0002] The production steps of the cream production line include raw material storage, batching, pasteurization, homogenization, aging, inner packaging (filling), outer packaging and stacking, etc. In the process of cream production, due to the characteristics of the material, the rapid stirring and dispersing operations in the process of premixing, blending and aging will make the material easily mixed with gas and produce a large amount of foam. These foams will have adverse effects on product application stability and the stability of production process equipment control, and will also cause fatal damage to equipment. How to reduce foam generation or remove foam has become a long-standing problem in the industry. In the past, there were many attempts to reduce the mate...
