Problems solved by technology

In malignant tumors, REG Iα is found to be overexpressed in lung cancer, esophageal cancer, pancreatic cancer, salivary gland cancer, bladder cancer, gastric cancer and colorectal cancer, and is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors. However, the detection of REG genes often requires patient pathological samples , invasive and complex

Embodiment

[0015] The invention discloses that human serum pancreatic regenerating protein Iα (REG Iα) is used as a detection target or a standard to prepare a reagent for predicting tumors.

[0016] 1. Experimental samples and reagents for detecting REG Iα protein levels in human serum

[0017] 1. Experimental sample collection:

[0018] A total of 130 internal medicine inpatients (Zhongda Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University) were selected, and the inclusion criteria were: patients aged ≥18 years and ≤90 years old. Exclusion criteria were: pancreatitis; end-stage renal disease; diabetes; active infection and trauma. According to the clinical diagnosis, the patients were divided into two groups, normal group and tumor group.

[0019] 2. Main experimental reagents:

[0020] Deionized water

[0021] 1×TBS (triethanolamine buffered saline solution)

[0022] BSA (Bovine Serum Albumin)

[0023] 100×TBST (TBS+Tween buffer solution)

[0024] 96-well plates

[0025] Orifice plate...

Embodiment 2

[0057] A human serum pancreatic regenerating protein Iα (REG Iα) is used as a detection target or a standard in preparing a kit for predicting tumors, including the ELISA reagent for detecting the content of human serum pancreatic regenerating protein Iα (REG Iα) described in Example 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses application of human serum pancreatic regenerated protein I alpha (REGI alpha) as a detection target or a standard substance in preparation of a reagent or a kit for predictingtumors, and finds that the tumors can be accurately predicted according to the level of the REGI alpha protein in human serum. The brand-new marker human serum REGI alpha protein for predicting tumors provided by the invention can be used as a detection target for predicting or assisting in judging the occurrence and development of tumors of patients. Clinical research results show that serum REGI alpha detection has an area under a tumor diagnosis ROC curve of 0.764, sensitivity of 62.5% and specificity of 87.5%. The optimal cutoff value (cutoff) for diagnosing tumor resistance is 46.97 ng / ml.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of tumor diagnosis and detection, in particular to the application of novel tumor biomarkers. Background technique [0002] In today's world, with the increasing incidence of tumors, it has caused a huge burden on human health and economy. Therefore, early diagnosis of tumors has always been the focus and focus of global research. Tumor biomarkers refer to a substance present or secreted in tumor cells, which can predict the occurrence and development of tumors and monitor the response to tumor therapy, including tumor antigens, hormones, glycoproteins, enzymes, and oncogenes. With the development of molecular biology techniques, the detection of tumor biomarkers plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of various tumors. [0003] Regenerative gene (REG), a gene originally isolated from pancreatic islets, plays an important role in β-cell regeneration. As one of the REG family genes, REG Iα is located ...
