Abstract

The invention discloses an extraction method of 7-OH -mitragynine, which comprises the following steps: (1) pulverizing dried kratom leaves, adding an extractant, carrying out ultrasonic extraction atnormal temperature, and carrying out centrifugation and vacuum concentration to obtain a first concentrated solution; (2) adding an extraction agent into the first concentrated solution for extraction, and performing vacuum concentration to obtain a second concentrated solution; and (3) carrying out silica gel column chromatography separation on the second concentrated solution, and carrying outgradient elution by using an eluent to obtain the 7-OH -mitragynine. The extraction method of the 7-OH -mitragynine is simple and rapid to operate, the extraction rate of the obtained 7-OH -mitragynine is 0.24%, the purity of the obtained 7-OH -mitragynine is greater than 90%, and the 7-OH -mitragyninehas higher extraction rate and purity.
