Abstract

The invention discloses novel application of an FOXO1 selective inhibitor AS1842856. The novel application of the AS1842856 (formula I) provided by the invention is the application of the AS1842856 inpreparation of a medicine for preventing and/or treating the diabetic kidney disease. Pharmacodynamic experiments in the invention prove that: by applying AS1842856, the levels of serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen in diabetic kidney disease injury can be obviously reduced; infiltration of kidney tissue macrophages is inhibited; and the application prospect in the aspect of kidney protection is good.
