Problems solved by technology

In addition, a certain amount of COD remains after anaerobic ammonium oxidation treatment. Common advanced treatment processes have problems such as process poisoning, reduced denitrification efficiency, and further pollution of the environment by disinfection by-products.
At present, some high-ammonia nitrogen wastewater in my country, such as food processing wastewater and pharmaceutical wastewater, also contains high COD in addition to high ammonia nitrogen, and the water quality is complex. It is difficult to give full play to the efficient denitrification performance of anaerobic ammonium oxidation by directly using the anammox process. , and it is difficult to achieve the standard discharge of wastewater

Abstract

The invention discloses a denitrification and energy self-integration system for high-carbon-nitrogen-ratio wastewater. The system comprises a water inflow pump, a synchronous denitrification methanation device, an integrated anaerobic ammonia oxidation device and a composite ozone catalytic device which are sequentially connected through a pipeline; the synchronous denitrification methanation device is an upflow anaerobic sludge bed; the integrated anaerobic ammonia oxidation device comprises a homogenizing compartment, a plurality of reaction compartments and a precipitation compartment which are sequentially arranged and communicated with one another from one end to the other end; the synchronous denitrification methanation device is communicated with the homogenizing compartment through a first water outflow pipe; the composite ozone catalytic device comprises a plurality of electrocatalytic tubes which are connected in parallel; each electrocatalytic tube is communicated with an outlet in the top end of the precipitation compartment; an annular carbon cathode plate and an anode aerator arranged in the annular carbon cathode plate in a penetrating manner are arranged in each electrocatalytic tube; each anode aerator is connected with a second air compressor through an air inflow pipe; and the second air compressor is communicated with an air source. According to the systemof the invention, the treatment efficiency of the high-carbon-nitrogen-ratio wastewater is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of wastewater treatment, in particular to a nitrogen removal and energy self-integrated system for wastewater with a high carbon-to-nitrogen ratio. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of my country's economy and the rapid improvement of industrial levels, a large amount of nitrogen-containing industrial wastewater is discharged into water bodies, resulting in serious eutrophication of rivers and lakes and other water bodies, and serious problems such as ecosystem degradation. At present, the commonly used ammonia nitrogen treatment method is biochemical treatment, such as nitrification-denitrification and other methods, but it has the disadvantages of low treatment efficiency, high energy consumption, high greenhouse gas emissions and insufficient utilization of organic matter. The new biological denitrification process represented by anaerobic ammonium oxidation has attracted more and m...
