Wastewater is firstly treated by a grating and then sequentially passes through an adjusting tank, a coagulative precipitation tank, an electrocatalytic oxidation device, an MBBR biochemical tank, a precipitation tank, a biochar tower, a precision filter and a disinfection tank to reach the reuse standard and the discharge standard; and sludge generated by the coagulative precipitation tank, the MBBR biochemical tank and the biological activated carbon tower is discharged into a sludge concentration tank, the sludge treated by the sludge concentration tank is dewatered, the dewatered sludge is transported out for final treatment, and sewage flows back to the regulating tank. According to the invention, through mutual cooperation of all the steps and synergistic effect of all the treatment devices, the effluent quality of the treated hospital wastewater can easily reach the discharge standard, and the treatment method has the advantages of reliable process, strong stability, high pollutant removal rate, stable and standard effluent quality, low operation cost and the like, and is suitable for treatment of the hospital wastewater.
