The invention discloses a treatment method for
wastewater containing high-concentration
suspended solids. The treatment method comprises the following steps of 1, multi-stage hydraulic
cyclone pretreatment of the
wastewater, wherein the
wastewater containing the high-concentration
suspended solids is separated by using multi-stage hydraulic
cyclone centrifugal force, the
solid particles of different sizes are pretreated, overflowing liquid enters the next link, and
sediment is recycled; 2, multi-point flocculating
settling concentration of the overflowing liquid, wherein the overflowing liquidobtained in the step 1 is introduced into a radical
sedimentation basin, a flocculating agent is added into an additive adding
pipe of the overflowing liquid at multiple points, by using the naturalvertical turbulent
mixing effect of
water flow, sufficient and quick mixing of the flocculating agent is achieved, concentrated
slurry and supernatant water are obtained, and the supernatant water isrecycled; 3, multiple
dehydration of the concentrated
slurry, wherein the concentrated
slurry obtained in the step 2 is subjected to multiple
dehydration, such as direct filter pressing, tympanic secondary squeezing and full-flow high-pressure blowing of filter residues. Efficient
solid-liquid separation and quick
dehydration of the slurry are achieved, the outlet
water quality meets the dischargestandards of the Integrated
Wastewater Discharge Standards (GB8978) or the requirements of production recycling, the
water content of a slurry cake is low, and the requirements for clean transportation are met.
