Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of sludge treatment, and relates to a method for treating sludge by using a bacteria bed, in particular to a method for treating paper making sludge by aerobic drying of a recyclable bacteria bed and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a bacteria bed; activating the bacteria bed; adding organic solid waste; running the bacteria bed; and screening the bacteria bed. According to the paper making sludge treatment method, solid-liquid separation pretreatment is not needed, and the paper making sludge can be directly put into a bacteria bed and recycled, so that on one hand, a large amount of heat is generated in the degradation process of compound microorganisms, and on the other hand, part of water in the bacteria bedis consumed in the propagation and degradation processes of the microorganisms; therefore, according to figure 4, the water content of the bacteria bed is kept between 30-40%, the paper mill sludge after degradation is convenient to dispose, and no sewage or odor is generated in the whole degradation process.
