The annular reinforcing device is an annular cavity with an opening in the inner annular surface and coaxially sleeves the periphery of the S-shaped bent spray pipe, and the opening in the inner annular surface of the annular reinforcing device is attached and fixed to the outer wall surface of the S-shaped bent spray pipe.
