Problems solved by technology

Excessive use of a single sulfur-based inhibitor may cause SO in flue gas 2 Increased concentration and sulfur corrosion on the surface of the heat exchanger in the furnace, excessive use of a single nitrogen-based inhibitor may cause NO in the flue gas x As the concentration increases, the presence of a single basic inhibitor is not efficient and causes NO in the flue gas x Risk of increased concentration, single sulfur-based or phosphorus-based inhibitors have good inhibitory effect, but the cost is high

Abstract

The invention relates to an incineration technology of solid waste, and aims to provide a method for inhibiting solid waste incineration to generate dioxin by utilizing a phosphorus-based coupling alkaline material. According to the method, the powdery phosphorus-based coupling alkaline material is sprayed to a flue area of a solid waste incinerator at the temperature of 400-900 DEG C and used for inhibiting low-temperature resynthesis of dioxin in flue gas in a post-combustion area. The phosphorus-based coupling alkaline material is a mixture of a phosphorus-based substance and an alkaline material. The phosphorus-based coupling alkaline material developed by the invention has dual effects of passivating a metal catalyst and reducing chlorination reaction, can realize dual inhibition of dioxin, and improves the inhibition efficiency of dioxin. Under the same use condition, compared with a traditional single sulfur inhibitor, the inhibition efficiency is improved by 0.3-0.8 times, the price is lower, the economical efficiency is better, and the operation cost is remarkably reduced. The method has the advantages of being convenient to operate and simple in process, and an incinerator in the prior art and a flue gas treatment system in the prior art do not need to be adjusted or changed. The components are wide in source and have important application value.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a technology for controlling dioxin emission during solid waste incineration and disposal, and in particular to a method for using phosphorus-based coupled alkaline materials to suppress the generation of dioxin by solid waste incineration. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of the economy, the annual output of urban domestic waste is increasing rapidly, and the city is facing the dilemma of "garbage siege", and the harmless disposal of domestic waste has become an environmental problem that needs to be solved urgently. Waste incineration power generation is a high-efficiency disposal technology with large capacity reduction, high degree of harmlessness, and obvious resource utilization effect. However, dioxin-like pollutants are likely to be produced in the process of waste incineration, which seriously restricts the development of clean incineration technology for domestic waste. [0003] At present, th...
