Abstract

The invention relates to a novel application of small molecule metabolites glucose-6-phosphoric acid, erythritol 4-phosphoric acid, xanthine and phosphatidylcholine PC (33:1) in a tissue sample as a combined metabolic marker in preparation of a kit for diagnosing patients with lung cancer and lung benign nodules in subjects. The invention further relates to a kit for detecting the lung cancer and lung benign nodule patients in subjects. By detecting the relative concentrations of the combined markers in tissue samples of the subjects, the variable P value of the combined markers is calculated on the basis of a binary logistic regression equation, and then based on a determined cut-off value, the patients with lung cancer and lung benign nodules are diagnosed. In addition, the combined marker also has better diagnostic ability for patients with early lung cancer and lung benign nodules.
