6 results about "Erythrose" patented technology

Erythrose is a tetrose saccharide with the chemical formula C₄H₈O₄. It has one aldehyde group, and so is part of the aldose family. The natural isomer is D-erythrose. Erythrose was first isolated in 1849 from rhubarb by the French pharmacist Louis Feux Joseph Garot (1798-1869), and was named as such because of its red hue in the presence of alkali metals (ἐρυθρός, "red").

Increased production of acetyl-coenzyme a and derived products in yeast

PCT designated stageWO2026133258A1FungiHydrolasesHeterologousCoenzyme A biosynthesis
The present disclosure describes a recombinant yeast host cell having a first engineered metabolic pathway to convert fructose-6-phosphate (F-6-P) into acetyl-coenzyme A. The first engineered metabolic pathway comprises: a genetic modification for expressing a heterologous phosphoketolase capable of converting fructose-6-phosphate into erythrose-4-phosphate, and at least one genetic modification for decreasing native 6- phosphofructo-2-kinase activity classified under Enzyme Commission No. 2.7.1.105. Optionally, the recombinant yeast host cell comprises a second engineered metabolic pathway for convert acetyl-coA into a fermentation product. The present disclosure further describes a process for making a fermentation product. The process comprises contacting the recombinant yeast host cell described herein with a carbohydrate source under a condition allowing the conversion of at least a part of the carbohydrate into a fermentation product.

Low-sugar Chinese wolfberry cheese and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses low-sugar Chinese wolfberry cheese and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of food processing. The low-sugar Chinese wolfberry cheese disclosed by the invention is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 to 18 parts of cream cheese, 15 to 18 parts of unsalted butter, 32 to 35 parts of pure milk, 2 to 4 parts of gelatin, 0.10 to 0.20 part of carrageenan, 0.10 to 0.20 part of locust bean gum, 0.50 to 0.80 part of sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.50 to 0.80 part of sodium citrate, 5 to 10 parts of erythritol, 15 to 25 parts of Chinese wolfberry primary pulp and 0.05 to 0.8 part of edible mint essence. Through reasonable compounding of the Chinese wolfberry puree and the mint essence, the flavor of a cheese product is effectively enriched and improved, the sweetness perception intensity in the Chinese wolfberry cheese is improved by using the fragrance-taste transmembrane state effect, and the sweet greasy feeling of the cheese is reduced, so that the effects of reducing sugar and increasing sweetness are achieved.

Phosphatidylserine taurine direct drinking powder for improving memory and Alzheimer's disease and preparation method thereof

The invention provides phosphatidylserine and taurine direct drinking powder for improving memory and Alzheimer's disease and a preparation method, and relates to the field of direct drinking powder. The phosphatidylserine taurine direct drinking powder for improving memory and Alzheimer's disease is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30-40% of erythritol, 10-20% of taurine, 10-20% of maltodextrin, 10-20% of 28%-38% of resistant dextrin; 12% to 15% of phosphatidylserine; 5%-10% of theanine in tea leaves; 2%-8% of rhizoma polygonati powder; 2%-6% of menthol; 0%-1% of citric acid; 0%-1% of taurine; 10%-1% of vitamin B; and 20%-1% of vitamin B. Core active components are phosphatidylserine and taurine, a compound of citric acid and menthol can promote absorption of phosphatidylserine and taurine, resistant dextrin and polygonatum polysaccharide form an eutectic network as a carrier, phosphatidylserine and taurine are subjected to spray drying under the condition that the pH value is 4.5 to form an ionic bonding body, and the antibacterial activity of the product is improved. The direct drinking powder can rapidly dissolve out and release active ingredients through the acid-base property of oral mucosa, and the dosage form is rapidly released through the oral mucosa, so that the bioavailability is greatly improved.
