Abstract
The invention provides specific primers, a probe and a kit for detection of pigeon aviadenovirus B. The two primers have the sequences as shown in SEQ ID NO.1 and SEQ ID NO.2 and the probe has the sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.3. An established detection method has high sensitivity, good stability, strong specificity and good repeatability, can be used for specific detection of pigeon adenovirus B, and lays a foundation for subsequent scientific research on pathogenesis of pigeon adenovirus B and development of molecular epidemiology.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of animal virology, and in particular relates to a fluorescent quantitative detection primer, probe and kit for pigeon adenovirus type B. Background technique [0002] Human beings have a long history of raising pigeons. Pigeons have been domesticated into ornamental pigeons, racing pigeons and meat pigeons. They have a strong immune system. In addition, pigeon lofts are mostly open or semi-open, with good air circulation and fresh air. Compared with other livestock Poultry and pigeons are less sick. However, with the rapid development of the scale and intensification of the pigeon industry and the increase in the total amount and density of breeding, the way of raising pigeons has changed. Due to the low level of feeding management, poor awareness of disease prevention, and the trade circulation of Frequent (including racing pigeons), more and more pigeon diseases, more and more serious, more and more complicated. ...
