Abstract

The compound reagent comprises a solution A and a solution B. The solution A comprises the following components in percentage by mass, 0.8-2.0% of triarylmethane dye, 0.1-0.9% of lactic acid, 0.8-10% of calcium chloride or sodium chloride, 0.02-0.5% of citric acid, 0.02-1.5% of sodium sulfite and the balance of water; and the solution B comprises 0.5-10% of calcium chloride or sodium chloride, 3-30% of hydrogen peroxide and the balance of water. The solution A and the solution B are mixed, the occult blood trace can be displayed by using the mixed reagent without additional equipment under the naked eye condition, operation is simple and rapid, the display effect is not influenced by the background color of the object, and the method can be suitable for displaying permeable and non-permeable object surfaces. The method is safe and non-toxic to human bodies, and can be suitable for appearing occult blood of tires and vehicle bodies during car accident escape and finding occult blood traces in crime scenes.
