Abstract

The invention provides a full-scale C-reactive protein detection kit. Two latex microspheres are respectively coupled with a C-reactive protein polyclonal antibody and a monoclonal antibody to achieve the purpose of enhancing the reagent sensitivity and the detection upper limit. The invention solves the problems of low sensitivity, low detection upper limit and poor stability of common latex immunoturbidimetry. The kit disclosed by the invention comprises a reagent R1 and a reagent R2. The reagent R1 is a proper buffer solution, and the reagent R2 is a solution of latex microspheres coupled with an anti-human CRP antibody. The kit provided by the invention has the characteristics of high sensitivity, high detection upper limit, strong specificity, good stability and the like. The kit can be used for detecting the content of C-reactive protein in human serum or plasma, and is suitable for a full-automatic biochemical analyzer. The sensitivity of the kit can reach 0.01 mg / L, and the detection upper limit reaches 400 mg / L.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of in vitro diagnostic biochemical detection, in particular to a full-range C-reactive protein detection kit. Background technique [0002] C-reactive protein (C-reactive protein, CRP) refers to a protein that rises sharply in the plasma when living organisms are infected and traumatized. It increases rapidly several hours after the onset of various acute inflammation, tissue injury, myocardial infarction, surgical trauma, radiation injury and other diseases, and has the tendency of multiplying. When the lesion improves, it quickly drops to normal again, and its increase is positively correlated with the degree of infection. Therefore, C-reactive protein is a very important non-specific inflammatory marker in in vitro diagnosis. [0003] Common detection methods for CRP include colloidal gold method, enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA), and latex-enhanced immunoturbidimetric method. Among these methods, lat...
