Abstract

The invention provides a probe and a kit for detecting bordetella parapertussis and a use method of the kit. The kit is a bordetella parapertussis nucleic acid detection kit based on an MIRA fluorescence method, wherein the primer of the MIRA is designed according to the specific insertion repeat sequence IS1001 of the bordetella parapertussis. The invention provides the nucleic acid detection kit which is rapid, specific and sensitive and does not need complex instruments and equipment and the use method of the nucleic acid detection kit.
