Abstract

The invention provides a treatment method for fermented rapeseed processing by-products, which can reduce the content of antinutritional factors in the rapeseed processing by-products, improve the feeding quality and improve the animal feeding effect. The treatment method of the fermented rapeseed processing by-products comprises the following steps of 1) crushing the dried fermented rapeseed processing by-products to obtain crushed materials; 2) conveying the crushed materials into a conditioner of a bulking machine, and performing saturated steam conditioning treatment to obtain high-temperature conditioned materials; and 3) conveying the high-temperature conditioned materials into a bulking cavity of the bulking machine, and performing extrusion treatment to obtain bulked materials. According to the method, the fermented rapeseed processing by-products are used as raw materials; after wet puffing treatment, the removal rate of the antinutritional factor-isothiocyanate in the fermented rapeseed processing by-products is 81-84%, and the removal rate of the antinutritional factor-oxazolidine thione is 69-74%; and the nutritional requirements of modern industrial feed production or animal breeding can be better met.
