enzyme, the generated various enzymes, organic acids, amino acids and probiotics greatly improve the nutritional value of corn germ meal, and the
protein content of the fermented corn germ meal is significantly increased, and the content of
cellulose and other antinutritional factors is significantly decreased. As high quality
