The invention relates to a method for preparing
coalbed methane hydrate. According to the invention,
coalbed methane is processed with a gas
distributor, and forms fine bubbles; the fine bubbles enter from the bottom of an internal circulation flow reactor, and contact a low-temperature and high-pressure
water flow, such that a
hydration reaction is carried out, and
coalbed methane hydrate slurry is formed; and reaction heat is removed through a cooling unit. An internal circulation device is arranged in the reactor, such that a
buoyancy regulation zone is formed. The separation efficiency of a gas-water-
hydrate multi-phase
system is promoted; precise control over a heat and
mass transfer process is realized; and the gas content of the hydrate is improved. Unreacted gas flows through the internal circulation device, and separated from water and hydrate. The gas is then returned to the reactor. The hydrate
slurry flows through the internal circulation device, and liquid-
solid separation is realized; and the liquid and
solid respectively flows through a light phase flow channel and a heavy phase flow channel. The hydrate
slurry is discharged into a central
storage tank, and is subjected to gas-liquid and liquid-
solid separation. After the slurry is concentrated, the slurry is separated, such that a dry hydrate product is obtained. Separated unreacted gas and low-temperature water are returned to the
reaction system. With the method provided by the invention, hydrate can be prepared continuously, stably and highly efficiently.
