The invention discloses a method for stripping a metallic thin film attached to the surface of a material, belonging to the technical field of surface treatment of materials. The method comprises the following steps that: a metallic thin film coated on the surface of a material is connected to a circuit and used as a negative electrode; the metallic thin film is coupled with a counter electrode, then driven by an external power supply and performed a brine electrolysis process in an electrolyte solution, so that a hydrogen evolution reaction is implemented on the metallic thin film, wherein the electric current density of the negative electrode is 30-3000 amperes/square meter, the molar concentration of an electrolyte is 0.0001-1M, and the temperature of the electrolyte solution is minus 5-90 DEG C; the metallic thin film is stripped from a matrix under a mechanical action caused by precipitated hydrogen, then a matrix material and the stripped metallic thin film are respectively collected; the electrolyte solution attached to the surfaces of the matrix material and the stripped metallic thin film are scoured off by water so as to obtain a matrix material and a metallic thin film bunch which are separated from each other. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of good metallic thin film stripping effect, small required equipment investment, simple production and maintenance, cleanness and speediness; and by using the method, the damage to a stripping process on the matrix material is avoided or inhibited.

The present invention relates to a MEMS device, a method for manufacturing the MEMS device, and an electronic device. The method comprises six steps: in step one, a semiconductor substrate is provided and a sacrificial layer covering a part of the semiconductor substrate is formed on the semiconductor substrate to form a stepped structure; in step two, a functional material layer is deposited in a conformal manner in order to cover the semiconductor substrate and the sacrificial layer; in step three, a gap wall is formed on the sidewall of the functional material layer at the stepped structure; in step four, a dry film layer is formed on the sidewall of the functional material layer and the gap wall, in order to cover the gap wall and the sidewall; in step five, a metal material layer is deposited and patterned, in order to form a metal layer and cover the dry film layer; and in step six, the sacrificial layer is removed to form a cavity. The MEMS device, the method for manufacturing the MEMS device, and the electronic device in the present invention have the advantages of (1) improving film stack of a thin film composite layer; (2) inhibiting wet chemical etching from damaging the device; and (3) protecting the device and improving yield.

The invention discloses an anti-scouring device suitable for a pile foundation of a pile group in water and a construction method thereof, and relates to the technical field of bridge pile foundationreinforcement. The anti-scouring device suitable for the pile foundation of the pile group in water comprises a flexible bearing platform and a reinforced concrete fixing structure which are arrangedin a bed bottom foundation soil layer. The flexible bearing platform is a hollow quadrangular frustum pyramid, the hollow part of the flexible bearing platform is filled with sand and gravel, and theflexible bearing platform is arranged at the bottom of the pile group in a sleeving mode through a plurality of pile holes. The reinforced concrete fixing structure is provided with a special-shaped hole matched with the flexible bearing platform in shape, the flexible bearing platform is embedded into the special-shaped hole, and the anti-scouring device for the pile foundation of the pile groupis formed. According to the anti-scouring device suitable for the pile foundation of the pile group in water and the construction method thereof, damage of horseshoe-shaped vortexes and trailing vortexes to the pile foundation can be effectively inhibited, the contact part of the device and the pile foundation can protect the pile foundation from being scoured and corroded by water, and the bearing capacity of the pile foundation of the pile group is improved; and meanwhile, the anti-scouring device suitable for the pile foundation of the pile group in water is suitable for a built bridge pilefoundation and an unexpanded bridge pile foundation, and has the characteristics of being simple and rapid in construction, low in cost, safe and environmentally friendly.
