Abstract

The invention provides a plasma fluidized bed powder processing device, which comprises a vertically arranged variable-diameter fluidized bed body, a microwave generator, a rectangular waveguide witha circular hole, a gas feeding system and a cyclone separator, wherein the variable-diameter fluidized bed body is composed of at least two circular tubes with different inner diameters; microwaves generated by a microwave magnetron enter the variable-diameter fluidized bed body through the coupling of the rectangular waveguide and generate plasmas in the bed body; the gas feeding system adds a single or mixed gas to the orifice of the variable-diameter fluidized bed body; and the cyclone separator is used for recycling the powder for re-circulation. The gas outlet on top of the variable-diameter fluidized bed body is connected with gas inlets of a vacuum gauge, an exhaust valve and the cyclone separator via a four-way pipe, and the gas outlet of the cyclone separator is connected to a vacuum pump through an angle valve and an accurate control valve which are connected in parallel; and the power outlet of the cyclone separator is communicated with the side surface of the variable-diameter fluidized bed body through a circulating guide pipe. The bottom circular pipe and the gas inlet of the variable-diameter fluidized bed body are provided with a gas distributor therebetween so as to enable the gas flow to be uniformly distributed and carry the powder.
