Embodiment 1
[0022] Sample waste oil and diesel and motor oil (grade 5W30) from the gas station. The waste oil samples were oxidized by this method. The acid value of the waste oil sample was determined to be 3.73 mg KOH / g, and the dynamic viscosity was determined to be 115.32 mPa·s. First, an aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution was prepared with a mass concentration of 30%, and the pH was adjusted to 4.2 using sodium hydroxide and sulfuric acid solution. Put the prepared aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution and waste oil raw material into the reaction kettle, control the reaction time to be 1 h, control the reaction temperature to be below 40°C, and use the hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution to be 5% of the mass of the waste oil raw material. Ribbon stirring was used in the reactor to continue stirring. After the reaction is completed, a 200-mesh filter screen is used for filtration, and an improved waste oil collector is obtained after the filtration is completed.
