Abstract

The invention discloses a novel pyrophyllite composite block forming agent which is prepared by the following steps of: (1) adding purified water into phosphate to prepare an aqueous solution with the concentration of 5-30%; (2) adding an insulating material into the prepared aqueous solution, and mixing well; (3) carrying out cold press molding on the mixed solution; and (4) roasting after cold press molding. According to the preparation method, elemental phosphate with stable high-temperature performance or a mixture of various phosphates is adopted as a forming agent, so that generation of high-temperature water vapor is reduced, the diamond quality is improved, and the sealing performance of the insulating material is improved.
