Abstract

The invention provides an online detection method for temperature field and ring forming thickness distribution in a rotary kiln, and belongs to the technical field of cement production. The method comprises the following steps: performing historical data collection and dimension conversion on measurable process variables of an industrial field, and constructing a measurable process variable working condition set according to historical data; establishing a space rectangular coordinate system and solid geometry through a computational fluid mechanics simulation technology, and calculating in-kiln three-dimensional temperature field data under a measurable process variable working condition set according to a rotary kiln mechanism model; sampling the three-dimensional temperature field data under each working condition along an X axis, a Y axis and a Z axis, and combining measurable process variable data under the same working condition to train a deep neural network and establish an in-kiln temperature field soft measurement model based on the deep neural network; and based on the in-kiln temperature detected on line, a soft measurement model for the thickness of the formed ring in the kiln is established through a heat transfer equation.
