The tellurium-sulfur co-treated aluminum deoxidized steel comprises the following components of, in percentage by weight, 0.06%-0.09% of C, 0.01%-0.02% of Al, 0.01%-0.03% of Si, 1.0%-1.5% of Mn, 0.08%-0.1% of S, 0.045%-0.055% of P and 0.04%-0.15% of Te. The preparation method of the tellurium-sulfur co-treated aluminum deoxidized steel comprises the following steps that converter smelting is carried out on molten iron, and deoxidizing and alloying are carried out in a tapping process; and LF refining is carried out, a sulfur-iron alloy and a tellurium wire are added, and then continuous casting is carried out to obtain the tellurium-sulfur co-treated aluminum deoxidized steel. The tellurium-sulfur co-treated aluminum deoxidized steel is used as bearing steel, steel rail steel or wheel steel.
