Abstract

The invention discloses a heat treatment method of a diesel engine air valve after surfacing. The heat treatment method comprises the following steps: melting a ZAlSi12 eutectic aluminum alloy in a high-temperature tempering furnace, and heating ZAlSi12 eutectic aluminum alloy to 700-740 DEG C; putting a large end surface of a 40Cr10Si2Mo air valve which is cooled to room temperature after surfacing a nickel-based high-temperature alloy downwards into aluminum alloy melt, and submerging the ZAlSi12 eutectic aluminum alloy melt to be 5-10mm higher than a weld joint of an air valve; and performing heating to tempering temperature, and preserving heat for 5-10 minutes; and performing discharging and air-cooling. An air valve subjected to heat treatment provided by the invention is stable and reliable in quality, low in investment, low in energy consumption, high in machining efficiency and low in production cost.
