The polylactic acid film is selected as the barrier layer to coat and modify the packaging paper base layer, a good barrier effect can be formed on the packaging paper base layer through the polylactic acid film, and the moisture-proof and oxygen-barrier properties of the packaging paper base layer are further improved.
