The method comprises the following steps: cutting the unordered carbon fiber braided fabric leftover materials into short carbon fibers; respectively cleaning with acetone and deionized water, and drying; preparing corresponding dispersion liquid; mixing the chopped carbon fibers into the dispersion liquid and fully dispersing; filtering by adopting a double-layer metal filter screen, and drying after filtering to obtain a chopped carbon fiber felt; and cutting the chopped carbon fiber felt, adhering electrodes to two ends of the chopped carbon fiber felt, and covering the front surface and the back surface of the chopped carbon fiber felt with TPU sheets to form a heating sheet product with electric heating performance and electromagnetic shielding performance.
