The fluopyram-containing bactericidal granule is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12-24 parts of active ingredients, 2-6 parts of a wetting agent, 2-4 parts of a dispersing aid, 2-6 parts of an adhesive and 22-60 parts of a carrier, the active ingredients comprise amino-oligosaccharin, fluopyram and riboflavin sodium phosphate, and the weight ratio of the amino-oligosaccharin to the fluopyram to the riboflavin sodium phosphate is (2-5): (2-5): 2; the preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the amino-oligosaccharin, the fluopyram, the riboflavin sodium phosphate, the wetting agent, the dispersing aid and the carrier, crushing, adding the binder, and extruding and granulating to obtain the bactericidal granules.
