Abstract

The invention discloses a method for laying a traffic sensor network in an Internet of Vehicles environment, and the method comprises the steps: constructing an urban traffic network plan in a grid plane, and referring to historical traffic flow data of different road sections and all OD flows involved in an urban traffic network; constructing a two-stage stochastic programming model through the information of each road section in the traffic network and the traffic flow under different conditions, and solving the two-stage stochastic programming model; and finally, constructing a new integer programming model by adopting a genetic algorithm according to the two-stage stochastic programming model, and solving the new integer programming model to obtain an optimal site selection scheme. The method solves the problem of traffic sensor layout considering the uncertainty of the traffic flow of the road section in the urban traffic network under the background of the Internet of Vehicles, optimizes the layout of the traffic network by means of the road side unit adapted to the V2X communication, reduces the investment cost of traffic infrastructures, provides basic guarantee for the estimation of the traffic flow state of the urban traffic network, and improves the traffic flow state estimation efficiency of the urban traffic network.
