Provided is a vitreous silica crucible for pulling silicon single crystals, which can melt a silicon raw material in a short time and improve production yield of silicon single crystals by temporal change of an opaque vitreous silica layer. The vitreous silica crucible includes an opaque vitreous silica layer(11) provided on an outer surface thereof and containing plural bubbles, and a transparent vitreous silica layer(12) provided on an inner surface and not containing bubbles substantially. The opaque vitreous silica layer(11) has a bubble diameter distribution in which the content of bubbles having a diameter of less than 40 μm is 10% or more and less than 30%, the content of bubbles having a diameter of 40 μm or more and less than 90 μm is 40% or more and less than 80%, and the content of bubbles having a diameter equal to or more than 90 μm is 10% or more and less than 30%. Relatively small bubbles contained in the opaque vitreous silica layer(11) contribute to the thermal conductivity of a crucible at an initial pulling stage, and relatively large bubbles contained in the opaque vitreous silica layer are expanded through a long-term pulling process to thereby largely contribute to the warmth retaining property of the crucible at a later pulling stage.

The diesel engine high-pressure common rail system has the technical advantages that within the service life, the effect that the fuel delivery quantity is doubled and redoubled compared with that of a dual-plunger common rail fuel injection pump can be guaranteed under any working condition, the output fuel quantity of a fuel delivery pump, the flow of a fuel metering valve and the output fuel quantity of a high pressure pump are increased substantially, the maximum common rail pressure can reach 2000 bar, and the continuous working pressure can be kept at 1600 bar.

Bias matcher matched with quadrature modulator

The invention belongs to a bias matcher matched with a quadrature modulator, which comprises a blocking circuit, an alternating current (AC) matching interface circuit, a direct current (DC) bias circuit, two pairs of differential AC voltage input ports and two pairs of corresponding output ports. As a voltage division circuit shared by DC bias unit circuits is arranged between a DC power supply and a grounding end, and all blocking capacitors are re-arranged at the input ends of AC power supplies of the corresponding bias matching circuits, a grounding resistor in the voltage division circuit no longer has the function of a biasing resistor, while a corresponding AC matching resistor has the function of the biasing resistor respectively. Therefore, the bias matcher matched with the quadrature modulator is characterized in that: the circuit structure and the production process are simple, the requirement on performance consistency of the elements such as the resistor, the capacitor and the like is low, the consistency of performance parameters between the bias matching unit circuits and the matching between the quadrature modulators are high, the anti-interference capability of a signal is effectively improved, the spectrum distortion of the signal is inhibited; and the bias matcher can be industrially produced on a large scale, the production efficiency is high and the cost is low.
