Abstract

The invention discloses a low-alternating-current-loss high-temperature superconducting conductor based on multi-filament processing. The low-alternating-current-loss high-temperature superconducting conductor based on multi-filament processing comprises a superconducting wire core, a metal foil, a metal filler and a metal sheath. And the superconducting wire core comprises a second-generation REBCO high-temperature superconducting strip subjected to multi-filament treatment, a metal filler and a metal framework. The superconducting wire core is formed by stacking and twisting two kinds of superconducting strips of different specifications around the metal framework. And the multi-wire treatment refers to a treatment process of electroplating copper after the superconductive strip is cut by laser to form a groove. The high-temperature superconducting tape adopted by the invention is subjected to multi-filament treatment, so that the magnetization loss of the superconducting conductor can be effectively reduced, and meanwhile, the coupling loss is reduced in a twisting manner, so that the alternating current loss during the operation of the superconducting conductor is effectively reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the application field of superconducting technology, in particular to a high-temperature superconducting conductor with low AC loss based on multifilamentation treatment. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of my country's economy, the demand for power supply in my country continues to grow. In order to cope with the dilemma of scarcity of land resources and tight transmission corridors in densely populated large cities, superconducting power transmission technology has attracted much attention. In order to meet the current-carrying requirements of power transmission, superconducting tapes need to be stacked into conductors of different structures, such as CORC (Conductor On Round Core) conductors, TSTC (Twisted Stacked-Tapes Cable) conductors, RACC (Roebel Assembled Coated Conductor) conductors, Q -IS (Quasi-isotropic) conductor, etc. Superconducting conductors need to operate in a low temperature environ...
