Embodiment 1

[0017] Common kidney bean seedlings were treated by spray method, and distilled water was used as solvent to prepare 1mM 6-phosphoric acid-trehalose solution (T6P).

Embodiment 2

[0019] 7-day-old kidney bean seedlings were prepared, sprayed with 1 mM T6P once a day, and continuously treated for 7 days for inoculation of pathogenic bacteria. The inoculation method was referred to Xue Renfeng et al. (2018).

[0020] The brief description is as follows: a mixture of corn flour and vermiculite is prepared at a ratio of 1:2 (V / V), and 400 mL of the mixture is taken into a 1000 mL conical flask, sterilized twice at 121°C under 0.2MP for 30 minutes. Add 50 mL of sterilized distilled water to the corn flour mixture, mix it evenly, and then add a dish of pathogenic bacteria, culture at 25-28°C for 7-10 days, and shake the triangular flask every day to make the pathogenic bacteria grow evenly. Mix the inoculum with the sterilized nutrient soil at a ratio of 1:10, take 0.01 g of the inoculated mixed soil and suspend it in 1 mL of sterilized water, and use a hemocytometer to calculate the content of pathogenic bacteria in the inoculated mixed soil, so that the fina...

Abstract

The invention discloses application of 6-phosphoric acid-trehalose and a cultivation method for improving the yield and disease resistance of common kidney beans, the grain yield and disease resistance of the common kidney beans are remarkably improved by spraying a T6P solution, the soluble sugar content of leaves of the common kidney beans sprayed with the T6P solution is remarkably improved, plant growth and development and carbohydrate synthesis are promoted, and the yield and disease resistance of the common kidney beans are improved. Meanwhile, the photosynthetic efficiency of leaves is remarkably improved, and nutrient substances are promoted to be transferred to grains; in addition, the activity of POD, SOD and PAL and the content of H2O2 in the T6P-induced kidney bean roots are remarkably improved, and the disease level 28 days after inoculation is only 4.2. Therefore, the invention provides a new method for improving the yield of common kidney bean grains and the fusarium wilt resistance, and has important significance for improving the yield and the resistance level of common kidney beans in China.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of crop cultivation, in particular to an application of 6-phosphate-trehalose and a cultivation method for improving the yield and disease resistance of common kidney beans. Background technique [0002] Crop diseases severely affect crop growth, cause yield losses, and threaten food security. Crop varieties with strong disease resistance can effectively control disease, however high resistance is often at the expense of "sacrifice" yield (Brown, 2003; Nelson et al., 2018). Therefore, the development of crop chemical control regulators that synergistically regulate disease resistance and yield is of great significance to ensure the safe production of food crops. Common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) is the edible legume with the largest planting area in the world, accounting for about 50% of the total global edible legume production, especially in parts of Africa and the Americas as an important food source. ...
