Abstract

The invention offers a producing way of construction gradient material, concrete way is: clean the surface of metal material A1, A2 by degreasing and acid washing craft; make the matching surface hard using steel brush; seal completely by welded under the protection of argon gas; heat in the heating stove, the temperature is under crystallizing again temperature 0-50 degC, and keep the temperature for 30--60mins; roll them on the common rolling mill to 50--70%; repeat the steps above using material A3, until meet the design request. The advantages of the invention are: not only alleviate the material crush, but also obstruct the crack expanding. We can produce construction gradient material continually, using in aviation, machine, chemical engineering, metallurgy and so on field.
