Embodiment 1

[0022] The first step is to mix and dissolve 30% hydrochloric acid (mass percentage) of 50ml, 75% nitric acid (mass percentage) of 16ml, 8.5g citric acid and 8.5g oxalic acid;

[0023] The second step dissolves 2g urotropine, 2g rhodine and 2g aniline with 150ml water, and joins in the mixed acid solution obtained in the first step;

[0024] Step 3 Dissolve 3g of APG, 3g of AEO and 2g of LAS in 250ml of water, and add them into the mixed solution at a stirring speed of 200-250rpm;

[0025] Step 4 Add the remaining 486ml of water to the mixed solution, add 4g of CMCNa at a stirring speed of 200-250rpm, and stir evenly;

[0026] Pour the obtained mixture into a bottle to obtain a novel air-conditioning fin spray cleaning agent of the present invention.

Embodiment 2

[0028] The first step mixes and dissolves 30% hydrochloric acid (mass percentage) of 129ml, 75% nitric acid (mass percentage) of 82ml, 34g citric acid and 34g oxalic acid;

[0029] The second step dissolves 12g urotropine, 12g rhodine and 10g aniline with 150ml water, and joins in the mixed acid solution obtained in the first step;

[0030] Step 3 Dissolve 25g of APG, 38g of AEO and 20g of LAS in 200ml of water, and add them into the mixed solution at a stirring speed of 200-250rpm;

[0031] Step 4 Add the remaining 154ml of water to the mixed solution, add 2g of CMCNa at a stirring speed of 200-250rpm, and stir evenly;

[0032] Pour the obtained mixture into a bottle to obtain a novel air-conditioning fin spray cleaning agent of the present invention.

Embodiment 3

[0034] The first step mixes and dissolves 30% hydrochloric acid (mass percentage) of 80ml, 75% nitric acid (mass percentage) of 50ml, 15g citric acid and 20g oxalic acid together;

[0035] The second step dissolves 4g urotropine, 4g rhodine and 6g aniline with 150ml water, and joins in the mixed acid solution obtained in the first step;

[0036] Step 3 Dissolve 3g of APG, 3g of AEO and 2g of LAS in 250ml of water, and add them into the mixed solution at a stirring speed of 200-250rpm;

[0037] Step 4 Add the remaining 380ml of water to the mixed solution, add 3g of CMCNa at a stirring speed of 200-250rpm, and stir evenly;

[0038] Pour the obtained mixture into a bottle to obtain a novel air-conditioning fin spray cleaning agent of the present invention.

Abstract

The present invention is sprayed detergent for air conditioner fin and its preparation. The detergent is prepared by mixing through stirring at normal temperature the mixed acid comprising hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, citric acid and oxalic acid; mixed surfactant comprising APG, AEO and LAS; urotropine, rodine, aniline and CMCNa and water. It is used to clean conditioner fin through spraying and can reach a cleanliness over 99% in 1-2 min. The detergent of the present invention has simple preparation process, low production cost, fast cleaning speed, high effect, no acid fumme, use safety and no corrosion to copper pipe.

Description

(1) Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of chemical cleaning, in particular to a novel air-conditioning fin spray cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof. (2) Background technology [0002] With the rapid improvement of people's living standards, air conditioners have also rapidly entered restaurants, hotels, offices and ordinary people's homes as consumer goods. Due to the characteristics of light weight, good thermal conductivity and easy processing of aluminum, the heat exchange fins of air conditioners generally use aluminum fins. After the air conditioner is used for a period of time, impurities in the air (such as dust, clay, oil droplets and some bacteria, mold and other microorganisms) will be precipitated or deposited on the fins in contact with the air. These gray and black dirt layers are attached to the fins, covering them in silvery white, affecting the appearance, and some will corrode the aluminum fins downwards. More i...
